It is always a matter of how you measure results and today the women's waterpolo team won gold in Being, which brings the Dutch team with 15 medals on the 10th place in the overall ranking. If you measure the amount of medals per million inhabitants per country, the Dutch almost have 1 per million, only one to go. If we measure this way we are probably the most effective of all countries.
