VILNIUS - The Baltic States are considering abstaining from next year’s Eurovision contest, which will be staged in Moscow, as a show of protest against Russia’s actions in Georgia. Estonia’s minister of culture, Laine Janes, said that his country should withdraw from Eurovision Song Contest 2009
